Love that pharmacy! It’s a small place, with a very familiar feeling to it. They are not short on staff, always serve you pretty quickly, and the pharmacist make themselves pretty available, when you need to discuss certain issues, or just call to ask a few questions. I really like that they recognize me, wether I call or show up, and remember my specific needs or issues. They also have an impressive efficiency, when it comes to delivery, and could even fix me something last minute, when I really needed it, while a huge place like Jean Coutu didn’t manage to do it. I highly recommend it!

I've been meaning to write this comment for a while, the experience I had really destabilized me. I don't know if this lady still works there, but I have to share.
I came to buy Kleenex, toilet paper and medicine because I was sick. A white lady, although elderly, glanced at me as soon as I entered. She followed me to the shelves to find out what I needed. She didn't take her eyes off me and waited for me to walk towards the register.
When I got to the counter, I took out a $100 bill. She said, “This note looks very new,” looking at me suspiciously. I had to justify myself, and it honestly hurt me. It's clear she was racist, and I will never set foot there again.
I would like to point out that it is not all the staff who are at fault, but this particular lady. I was very friendly with her, I really didn't understand why she acted like that.

I was refused a $2 manufacturer coupon on the pretext that the item was in a circular and that they do not take coupons on reduced price items. It's ridiculous, the coupon has a market value and it recovers this value regardless of the price of the item. It's dishonest to refuse a coupon under this pretext, especially with the impact of inflation, I have the right to use legal tools to save on my purchases. This isn't the first time this cashier has been rude. It's a shame for this store's banner. He offered to use my points to reduce the bill on this same item in the circular, but not the coupon because the latter is in the circular. I am going to file a complaint with consumer protection as a result. It's pitiful of the owner to use leverage over customers and not be consistent on procedures.
