The pharmacist went above and beyond and took the time to ask me questions about my condition and explain how and when to take the medication for best effectiveness and to avoid possible side effects. I also really felt like he cared when he called me to double check if I'll be arriving before closing when I had a delay.
If I'm ever in Montreal again and in need of anything I can get at a pharmacy, I would come here. 10/10 service with care.”

I accompanied my partner to his appointment with Anick which was made to remove two warts on his hands. From start to finish, Anick was kind, caring, funny and very educational. While we both speak French, Anick quickly realized my partner was more comfortable in English and switched to speaking English with no issue or hesitance. This is always appreciated in a medical setting especially when it’s done without annoyance or irritation (which is sometimes felt from others elsewhere).
Anick talked us through the treatment and educated us on how warts form and what the treatment does. When my partner felt a little lightheaded post-treatment, she expertly took care of him until he felt better enough to get up again. She then explained proper care instructions and next steps going forward.
Overall, we did not know what to expect as neither of us ever made a nursing appointment at Jean Coutu but we were highly impressed with Anick’s level of care and service. She is the type of nurse that makes you regain some hope in our medical system. Merci encore Anick! ☺️”
