Staff are clueless at this location, not fun service. Staff do not know their products, left disappointed and not further to finding the correct solution to our problem. They laughed and said the inventory is not correct with the online, which was misleading. Felt like staff just wanted us to leave when we were asking qualifying questions to find a solution.

I left my laptop in to be repaired because it wouldn't boot. In the end, it was the charging cable that was broken. The technician fully refunded the repair fee, which was more than I ever expected. Honest and awesome service.

Very difficult to get through on the phone, shouldn't have to take calling 15 times over 2 hours to get someone to pick up. Not good at communcating progress on computer repair and slow repair service. But still cheaper than best buy for data recovery and laptop motherboard repair

Very good experience, went there today to buy a laptop for work that was on discount. The lady that took care of me told me that I could have a laptop with better CPU and screen for the same price, took the time to check which laptop in my budget will be best and gave me options. Great staff, good service and they know their stuff.

It’s so complicated.
They even charge$ you as soon as you order. Normally you get charged when you receive the product!
