My sister-in-law went to this garage this morning of June 18th. And was completely mistreated. English is not her mother tongue, but she speaks French very well. She arrived at the garage and spoke to the representative in French. She was rude, racist towards non-French speakers and completely disrespectful. I am disgusted. I will tell everyone I know living in Rosemont/St-Léonard to avoid this garage. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

BEWARE: Dishonest garage, do not go there!
I go in to have my summer tires put on and an oil change. They then tell me my shocks are leaking and will need to be changed. They said they were Monroe shocks and the warranty was good for five years (it had been less than a year). They then presented me with an estimate for $800+.
When I asked why the bill was so high they told me that when you change the rear shocks you also need to change both link kits because they won't go back on properly they will be loose, which is not under warranty and amount to over $400, plus 2.5hrs of labor. Then they also decided that my rear wiper needed changing(?) Why they were checking my rear wiper when I brought it in for a tire change IDK.
When I asked the service why the link kits were not covered under warranty she told me they were only under warranty for one year. I responded by telling her great because it hasn't been a year. Her face changed when she looked up my file in the computer and said ok they would also change the link kits under warranty.
When I went to have the work done I asked to see all parts that they change. Service said no problem.
When I went back to get my truck low and behold there weren't any link kits... The mechanic said they kept the old ones on!
So I asked the service counter why when they though they could charge me for the parts they absolutely needed to be changed, but when I pointed out they were under warranty suddenly they could be saved. I called them on their dishonesty I told them they would never see my vehicles again.
I can only imagine how many elderly and unaware people they have taken advantage of. Shame on them.

Pay attention to your car when leaving. A certain employee doesn't know how to drive, plus he lies.
Otherwise very good garage. The receptionists are quick and efficient.

This is my second review because I later learned something new about my service at OK Tire. They used a plastic washer to seal my tank after an oil change. This is why my car has been leaking oil this whole time. I am told no mechanic who knows anything would use a plastic washer to do this. AVOID THIS GARAGE.

A piece of advice, a very bad experience, I almost lost my life, because I changed my winter tires at their place, they were poorly fixed by an employee who had no experience in the field, moreover he was fired just after this incident, in addition the customer service was zero. no respect for the customer. unqualified staff. in addition the owner is giving bad publicity by giving himself and his employees 5 stars in order to gain credibility and mislead citizens that it provides good service when it is completely contrary to the law of consumer protection article 238 and 239, isn't it, Mr. Owner. And for proof I will put photos with 3 comments to him and one of his employees who is a counter agent. I would ask anyone who has been a victim like me to contact me in order to file a complaint with the consumer protector in order to denounce the actions of this merchant.

It's true good customer service but the prices are very expensive I went to change an alternator for my tank she told me it costs $1100 (used alternator)I went to another garage I repaired it for $260 (new alternator) I don't understand anything

I had my oil changed there and later discovered it was leaking oil. They fixed it and offered a discount for future service. Later, I had my tires changed there. They told me I needed a new handbrake and new brake pads. They offered a 10% discount on the cheapest item on the list: lubrication. I took my car to a professional mechanic and family friend and he told me the handbrake was working fine, the pads could wait and the $40 lube job wasn't necessary no more. So no, I will never go to this garage again and would advise people to be very careful and get a second opinion before doing any major work there.

DAY 1, I left my car on a Thursday morning as per my appointment, to had the summer tires installed and aligned. I was advised before they even looked at my car that maybe they would have to change some pieces in order to do the alignment (you see where this goes) I left it and walked.At 4;45 PM we called because and they hadn't still touched my car, so it stayed overnight.DAY 2, Around 1 pm we finally got a call, they had to change some parts. We immediately authorized the work. We picked the car at 4:45 after 2 days in what usually would have taken 2 hours AND IT WASN'T ALIGNED because of the tires being (slightly) uneven.They could have check the tires on day one, with me, the client there, but they didn't, instead they charged us with a big bill and we got to have the tires aligned elsewhere.I forgot to mention, the budget for the additional repairs included buying an OBD2 adaptor (an adaptor for their OBD scanner) An accessory they should have, since most cars from 2008 onwards use OBD2 ports.

I've been to this garage a few times now and I'm always impressed with the service we receive there. The staff is efficient and totally in control of their resources in all situations. Thanks to the chief engineer!
