Great service and the gentleman owner is absolutely lovely and highly professional. I had an antique coat and dress dry cleaned for my wedding and they came out perfectly. My husband then took in some cashmere sweaters and they came out perfectly too. Definitely recommend and will definitely go back. Thank you.

I found the service and the cleaning at this cleaner not acceptable. I had a shirt cleaned, which was fine, and also a carpet cleaned, which was not cleaned satisfactorily. In both cases, I found that the female owner was quite reasonable, while the male owner was exceptionally rude, to the point of insulting me when I asked to have my carpet re-cleaned (which the female owner had explained was part of their policy). I moved to this neighbourhood recently and was ready to be a faithful client, but I found that it was too unpleasant dealing with this man, who, again, insulted me verbally several times in the process of getting these two items cleaned. I will never go there again...

I was refused a cleaning service, while my partner, a few days before, had inquired about the same service and was told there was no problem. I also had another episode where I was lectured. The man who answered me was very paternalistic.Sexist service? Maybe yes, maybe no. I will simply not do business with them again.
