I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by the owner and his daughter. A few days ago, I called to inquire about purchasing a wedding dress box since I had my dress dry cleaned elsewhere, but there’s currently a shortage of boxes. A woman answered and reassured me that they had plenty of boxes available for purchase, and that I could bring my wedding dress in so they could even place it inside the box for me.
Today, I commuted all the way to the store, only to be greeted with anger and told that all the boxes were reserved and they couldn’t sell me one. When I explained that I was told otherwise on the phone, they still refused to sell me a box. To make matters worse, the owner repeatedly made offensive comments about Armenians *from Lebanon* being liars. This was incredibly disrespectful, especially since I just married an Armenian. It is really shameful to hate on people's culture, and I did not appreciate this at all.
The lack of professionalism and respect is appalling. I will never set foot in this establishment again. There are plenty of other dry cleaners who know how to treat people with respect—this one is definitely not worth it.

Quick turnaround and impeccable work. They’ve managed to take out stains that other places couldn’t. Not only that, they’re nice to boot! Will go back and definitely recommending to everyone

When I moved, I noticed that my wedding dress had a huge stain that I thought would be impossible to remove, especially since I didn’t preserve it after my wedding, who knows how long the stain was there for in the 2 years I didn’t look at it. BUT Nettoyeur Écologique Royale made the impossible happen! They were able to remove the stain AND preserve the dress in a lovely box! Thank you so much! I can now display my wedding dress in all its shiny glory!

Great customer service, very polite employees, but unclear information, resulting in the wrong work being done.
They confirmed in person and afterwards by phone that they will do a sewing work on a coat. When I came to pick it up, I first got asked to pay, to then see that the work was not what was requested, offering me to do another service (with fees) to repair the rest.
Make sure to be on the same page with them to the detail for specific work. I was clear about what needed to be done, but something wasn’t clear on their end.

I got my wedding dresses cleaned and preserved here. Wow! The dresses look like I never wore them. You can definitely trust this business with such an important garment.
Also - great vibes! The owner is very funny and nice.

Wow! Incredible work! I brought my wedding dress here to be cleaned after I walked with it on the grass, on the streets of Italy and stepped on it a million times. I didn't think all the stains would go way but they did! My dress looks brand new! Worth every dollar!
Thank you for giving my wedding dress a second life! :)
Ps: I also got a cocktail satin dress cleaned and it was in perfect condition too!!
