Frequent customer. The cleaner damaged dress then refused to fix it; asked for a fee for seamstress to fix it, then clerk hiked up price thinking I did not know Spanish and had not understood what seamstress had quoted. Will not go back. Update: after message below, I emailed them for resolution and never got response.

They hemmed my son's school pants which came un done 3 weeks later. I was able to prove purchase but didn't have my receipt and they refused to fix them without additional cost.

Kind and courteous service. Got rid of stains on a white jacket that now looks brand new. Alterations done very well. Highly recommend!

I will never use this dry cleaners again. I was quoted a price for an alteration for a winter coat. The alteration was not done and they tried to charge me an additional $50.00. Fortunately I checked to confirm that the work was done before paying. When I confronted them regarding the extra charge they insisted that the charge was for a repair on a sweater that was already picked up the previous week. It made no sense. Perhaps it was an honest mistake but I have my doubts. This dry cleaners is definitely not Miss Browns in my opinion.Service: Alterations

I would have given no stars if I could. Do not go here for alterations! They ruined my evening gown. The seamstress lopped off the train at the back of the dress after I specifically asked that it be kept longer in the back. To add insult to injury, not only is the train gone, but the back of the dress is 1 inch shorter than the front. Never going back here again.
