Hi,
I am writing to express my frustration regarding my recent experience with the order I placed for a pair of Hoka shoes at the Dix-30 store for pickup at the Carrefour Laval location.
I was informed by the store manager that my shoes would arrive that evening, allowing me to collect them the following day. However, upon my arrival, the staff at the front desk informed me that the shoes had not arrived and were not available for pickup. This lack of organization is disappointing and has caused unnecessary inconvenience.
I expected better communication and reliability from your team. I would appreciate an update on the status of my order and a resolution to this situation.

Funny return policy. I paid for shoes with my ATM card and they wanted to reimburse me with credit or cash. The employee was nice, but it was super complicated for me. They didn't have the money in the fund to reimburse me. I had to come back a few days later with a friend who had a visa card. Next time I expect to be refunded the same way I paid

Ordered Birkenstocks from NEON. The fedex shipping was a nightmare, package was held for two weeks for no reason. By the time package arrived I had such a little window to return the shoes. Once package arrived, box was very damaged and shoes looked like they’ve been tried on many times. Suede was fading away and looked worn out. (Left pair in photo). Shoe box was just shipped in a thin poly mailer which is why box came so damaged.
I ended up buying new ones from Birkenstock website (right pair in photo) as well, same style. Quality of shoe was way better. Box as well was properly packaged.
