I had excellent service from Nüspace in 2020 when purchasing stools and chairs, which I continue to enjoy on a daily basis to this day. I contacted the store again following my move last week because one of the four cushions on one of my stools had been lost during the move, which meant that the stool was no longer stable. I was told to go to the store and they gave me four new ones free of charge. Just like in 2020, the customer service was impeccable, and I recommend this store without hesitation for the quality of the products and service.

Ordered Gus Modern benches here a few years ago. After a few years of commercial use, a few screws fell out.
I wrote to customer service, within a few days I had free replacement parts in the mail.

Still love this place!Returned here recently and again fell in love with the modernity and playfulness of the furnishings, wall art, lighting fixtures and home accessories. Oh, and this time a friendly employee checked in with us to see if we had questions about any items (which I did).Nice!

I ordered a coffee table at the end of December. Delivery between 4 to 6 weeks. After 12 weeks, no follow-up from the store and 4 follow-ups from me, I canceled my order.I didn't even have the effort to express my complete dissatisfaction with the customer service when I saw the person at the checkout having no questions or concerns about the reason for my cancellation.Anyway, I found the same table for $100 less elsewhere and delivered in 1 week.Do not recommend under any circumstances.

Excellent customer service both before and after purchase. Wise advice from Erwan on St-Denis. I purchased Gus products, sofa, lamps and sideboard and I am more than satisfied with them both aesthetically and functionally. Their Adama rugs are magnificent and very practical for protecting a wooden floor in the kitchen. Thank you Nüspace and your entire team!
