I ordered a sofa from MUST, but received the wrong model three times. After taking several days off to wait for delivery, follow up several times and try to contact customer service, I have had no response for several months now.
I requested a partial refund to compensate for the inconvenience, but I did not receive a satisfactory response.
I am greatly disappointed by this service, the quality of the company's follow-up

My order was placed on June 7th 2024 and to this day I haven’t received my couch.. I tried calling the store writing to customer service and there is no update. Meanwhile, the couch I ordered is still sold online even if they don’t have the stock. I would like someone to contact me about this issue as soon as possible.

bought my dinning chairs from here. first, screws came with it don’t fit in and we had to buy separately from hardware store proper screws. second , it has only been 6 months , not even a year, worn down to the point where we can feel the nails and bolts underneath. the quality of product is questionable. i won’t buy anything from there, wouldn’t recommend anyone either.

Absolutely absurd after-sales service. No agent available on the phone. Never. No email response. This was my first purchase from Must and definitely, definitely my last. I don't recommend it at all. As I still have no response and I have 7 days "to change my mind", but the company does not seem, according to the numerous reviews left here, to handle the problems within a reasonable time frame, I wonder what will happen to my purchase...maybe I will have to keep the unopened box in my dining room for months?!
Surprise: I still don't have my table after 4 months!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning.
I just furnished a small studio with purchases from this store. I dealt with different sellers and everyone was lovely and took the time. The delivery went very well. I recommend this store and am surprised by the negative comments knowing that I am a rather demanding customer.

We purchased the king size Julia bed which was delivered on August 29, 2024. As we were assembling the bed we noticed a black stain on the right sideboard. I immediately called and left a message. A second message was left on August 30th with no response. An e-mail was then sent on Sept. 3rd. with no response. My husband sent an email on Sept. 9th and we have yet to receive a response. I am very disappointed with MUST and their after sale customer service and would not recommend it to friends or family.

Poor communication about order status, impossible to reach anyone to get updates via phone or e-mail. But they'll take your money, no issues with that.

I placed a order July 8th for a number of items. Nothing has even been shipped and communication is completely non existent - I was told my order would be shipped by August but still nothing and no response to emails. They happily took my money though in the meantime, will never order from them again!

I had such high expectations for this company. Their website is beautiful and when I went to the store to check the quality, their furniture is chic and minimalist. I purchased a Freesia sofa bed on March 11, 2024 on their website and it gave information that the creation of the sofa would take between 4 to 6 weeks. I had planned this for my move. My move took place in May 2024 (so 2 months later), I still had not received my sofa bed. After those 8 weeks, I tried to contact MUST with several emails (the agent responded to me apologizing and telling me each time that they were expecting the order in 2 weeks, etc.). I called their store as well and no one answered. When it was delivered in July (so 4 months after my order = 16 weeks later), I had enough and went to the store to get my order refunded. The only thing I appreciated was that I received my refund without any problem, the associate at the counter advised me to COME BACK to the store or WAIT for a call from the manager to get a discount... I didn't want to no longer wait any more time. Really unprofessional service and an absolute waste of time. I should have read the reviews before buying. I'm staying with IKEA :)

Worst customer service. I bought a table for my living room. When I unpacked the box, the table was damaged. I called twice and left two messages. I also sent two emails to the Company and since my first contact (1 month), I have never had a call.
I do not advise anyone to buy from this company, because the after-sales service is poor.
On Google, the company responds to people who have left a good comment. You should put your time and effort into people who have been disappointed with your service by at least taking the time to respond to their call and email.

I absolutely do not recommend this couch. First, it's covered in toxic flame retardants. The chemical smell that emanates from it is unbearable and, worse still, probably dangerous for your health. After several calls, the company confirmed the presence of these flame retardants, but refuses to disclose the chemicals used. It is unacceptable to sell such a harmful product without transparency.
Next, the customer service is just terrible. I tried to contact service several times to report the problem and get a refund, but each time I was ignored or treated in a casual manner. They don't take complaints seriously and refuse to admit their mistakes.
In short, this is the worst purchase I have ever made. I strongly recommend that anyone not buy this couch. You not only risk losing your money, but also putting your health at risk.
