Today around 5:30 p.m., I went to this store that I know perfectly. Looking at their jewelry that I have loved for many years, the two salespeople present started laughing out loud and this, without exaggeration, because of fatigue: instead of saying chain with cord I said round rope ! They will recognize each other. I have worked with the public for 38 years and I would never dare to show my emotions in this way!
I hope the owner will be able to tell the difference! often it gets overlooked...unfortunately...

unpleasant customer service, I come home at 5:31 p.m., the employee tells me it's closed!I answer, ok you don't close at 6 p.m., and say it's a shame because I live far away and I don't often have the opportunity to come...she replies we are closed.you have a nice selection of clothes, but closing at 5:30 p.m. is not for working customers,so close the DOOR!

Nice boutique for middle age ladies, nice selection….I don’t feel to go shopping in because the younger woman ( could be the owner) ignore me as I’m not welcome. Happens more then once…5 stars for the older lady ?
