I must give special kudos and thanks for the service I received from Virginie last week at the store. I admit that clothes shopping intimidates me, but Virginie came to my rescue! She listened carefully to what I needed and in the end I got exactly what I was hoping for!! She was so warm, friendly and full of smiles. Virginie certainly made my shopping experience at Moore's very pleasant and memorable. Thank you very much Virginie!

During my recent visit to Moores Clothing, I found a level of service significantly below my expectations, which prompted me to share my experience. Initially, the staff member assigned to assist us showed a notable lack of interest. No effort was made to inquire about the opportunity or our specific needs. The employee simply provided a basic white shirt and black pants upon request and then left us unattended for an extended period of about 45 minutes. This lack of attention was particularly pronounced on the second floor of the store, where my companion and I found ourselves completely alone.The only rewarding aspect of this visit was the interaction at the payment counter on the ground floor. Here, the employee demonstrated a level of customer service and investigation that was completely absent before. This brief moment of satisfactory service, however, does not compensate for the overall neglectful attitude we felt.While Moores is renowned for its quality clothing, the service aspect is just as crucial. The treatment we received did not reflect the high standards generally associated with Moores. It is with regret that I must advise potential customers to reconsider visiting this particular store if the same employee is on duty. Significant improvement in customer engagement and support is essential for Moores to maintain its reputation.

I rented a tuxido. Good rental and service, but extremely and surprisingly expensive. Better to buy one somewhere else.

Virginia helped me today. She is very talented and knows her job very well! She knew exactly what to find for me. I walked out feeling like I did buy the best combination available. This is how a successfull sales person is measured by making the customer leaving convinced that they could not have made a better choice. Really 10/10 experience ??

Ralph was superb! He was able to get me into a nice, well fitting and reasonably priced suit ( sometimes a problem at 6'2" 260#) I quickly needed after my suit was lost traveling to Montreal. The on-site tailor was even able to hem the pants for a better fit before I left the store!

I should have listened to the reviews I read before entering. In Montreal for the weekend and figured I’d get myself a new suit. We walked around downstairs and upstairs while they chatted at the counter and not one person asked if we needed help so we left. Please don’t waste your time and go somewhere else.

I'll preface this by saying I have been to several other Moores stores before and have received stellar customer service and bought several suits for my family and groomsmen. This review is not a 1 star because Moores had what I wanted but the customer service is horrendous. First of all no one greeted us in any manner even when we approached them. My gripe is with this one fellow (whom I don't even know his name because he didn't introduce himself) who seemed indifferent and uninterested the entire time he was "helping" me (he looked like an older man with curly hair; kind of looked like Jordan Peterson).He was literally only useful for fetching the shoes I wanted from the storeroom (slowly for that matter) and nothing else. No opinions (even when asked), no suggestions, and overall indifferent. The man was even texting at times or staring off into space. Did he not think I could afford it? Did he think I couldn't pull off the look? I don't know because he didn't say anything but his actions and expressions certainly say so.I don't normally leave bad reviews because I believe people have bad days but I'm irritated that he had to waste my time when I was already on a time crunch (which is the only reason I didn't just walk out). I get not liking your job, but don't let your negativity affect other people's lives.
