I had a bad experience while buying a used car.They have given appointment to me to visit and see the car.When I visited, car was 60% covered with snow, no battery to start the car. And they asked me to re-book the appointment.Also, they mentioned that car is AWD, i have asked this question over the chat as well but when I visited they told that it is FWD.We should respect others time and should provide accurate information.

I did an inspection here for a car that was being sold by an independent shop down the street. Their price was higher than elsewhere but I figured it was worth it since they're the authorities on Toyotas. Yet they missed TWO major issues (over $1k each in repairs) AND they sent the report to the seller without my authorization. Talk about acting in a conflict of interest!! ??♀️ Do not trust this place!

I am suprised when I see this place has at least 4 stars. I wish I could give 0 star rather than 1 because :I rent a car since 2020, according to the contract, my rent will be every Wednesday of the week. My contract is finished this year on May 30th, 2023, then I decided to buy the car. On May 24th 2023, I asked for a rendez-vous, everything went well but the seller told me that I need another rendez-vous for the final payment. I replied: Ok but I can not be on Monday (29th) and Tuesday (30th) May because I am not in Montreal. So it would be ok for me on May 31th? The seller did not say anything but Yes.On May 31th (Wednesday), I paid all then the car is officially mine.But on the Juin 1th (Thursday), I got a notification from my bank which Toyota took another week rent. I was confused then I called the seller. He told me that, my final payment was late to the date limit of contract, that is why Toyota took another week of the rent.I think this policy is the same of stealing and violated to consumer rights. You should at least explain to the buyer about this policy before the final payment. This is not fair to take a week rent just because a buyer was late for the final paiment just for A Day.I am not going to refer this place to any of my family or friends. Just do not go there.BAD!

The actual work done was fine. However, the length of time I waited was disgusting. 2nd car in the building at 7 am. I was then told that the mechanics don't arrive until 8 am. Then, for a tire change, it took over an hour! If no one is going to touch my car until an hour after I arrive, don't tell people to arrive at 7 am! I don't know why it took so long to change tires either. I didn't even get an apology until I complained. Horrible scheduling.

I travelled 500+ km and was promised car delivery, with remote started and nothing was setup when I reached there. Pathetic experience.
