they promised to make an announcement with bt21 and didn't, in the end it turned out that the product has been on sale in the store for almost a month and there is almost nothing left

Very nice place! Lots of original things for sale. My daughter spent $85 but the basket was well stocked with bottles of water, notepads, pencils, figurines, etc. However, you have to find the store. 3rd floor at the Alexis Nihon center.

It doesn’t sell Miniso's brand products, sells other asian products from different brands, not bad at all, but that's in all Miniso stores from Montreal, I’m disappointed in that way one cannot get products the store and brand mustsell. I’ve been to other Miniso stores in Mexico and Ottawa and you find totally different products

Super cute items for all range of uses like school supplies, cosmetics, dishware, plushies, etc. It's like a slightly more expensive Dollarama where everything is cute.

It gets 3 stars for the variety in product selection. The store, however, is lacking in customer service. You aren’t greeted when you enter the store, nor offered any assistance as you shop. Employees are chatty and pleasant until it’s time to go pay at the register, where you’re greated with cold, baritone service. I’ve received friendlier service from run-down bodegas in NYC, which is saying something. I was tempted to just put the items back on the shelf and walk out. Suffice to say, I won’t be returning.

AMAZED!! Went there saturday and managsed to buy sanrio items! Tho i was hoping for melody or cinnamoroll plushies to be there but its okay im very happy for what i got :) ❤️❤️?

No articles posted on social networks. The employees don't seem to know anything, don't seem interested in informing us. On the other hand, the store is clean and has beautiful items. Miniso in Montreal seems to be very far behind Ontario.
