Absolutely terrible experience, basically a tourist trap, think twice before coming in
I tried to return a dress I purchased the day before after careful consideration. The staff first said they dont accept any returns even on regular priced items, which was not mentioned at all to me before the purchase at all!!! And they let me went through numerous phone calls with senior manager and no finite answer was given and we were almost late for the flight back to Toronto so had to leave, They said they are going to contact me but basically ghosted me after! !!It’s been 2 weeks now and I got no replies from my emails and calls!!!Now I have no dress and no money back…

Top bought less than a week ago in the presence of my spouse: nothing is indicated on the piece apart from the discount. At checkout, the salesperson tells us nothing except to avoid putting the top in the dryer: he just asks me if I want to have my receipt by email. On the receipt by email: sent it nothing specifically indicated. We are trying to return it today: I learn that we cannot because all the products on sale are final sales. If I had known, I would never have bought it because I had doubts. Store to avoid: profoundly lacking in honesty.

Avoid. I can see from other reviews I’m not the only person who feels this way. I bought a dress and 10 min later came back to return because I really felt like I’d made a mistake. Even in such a short window, They don’t allow returns and are incredibly reluctant to be accommodating.

Love the pieces they carry, so I visit regularly to get a salad at Mandy’s and browse - but they seem to mostly stock only the smallest sizes so I never buy anything. Aside from inconvenient, it’s off-putting. Consider going elsewhere if you are usually size medium or above.
