I purchased a Nostalgia Candle Set, but the scent wasn't what I expected—I could barely smell it. I reached out to customer service, and they were incredibly quick to respond. They replaced the set and provided a solution right away. I loved how responsive the team is and how much they care about their customers. I will definitely be purchasing from them again. I was finally able to try their famous candles. I took the small autumn/winter kit to try 6 of them...unfortunately none of them smell...nothing at all...it's still not cheap...I I'm not going to buy a bigger one...

I bought my first candle for myself (not for a gift) a few weeks ago. After a few ignitions, no smell. After an exchange with customer service, they sent me a candle in exchange. I am very satisfied with their service!

Très beau produit, grande qualité et surtout très bon service après vente. J’ai acheté le porte lampion pour offrir en cadeau. Il doit venir avec 5 petits lampions. Malheureusement il n’y en avait que 3 dans mon emballage. Bien déçu j’ai écrit à la compagnie qui m’on répondu dans l’heure qui suit. Il me font rapidement parvenir 2 autres lampions. Un gros merci.

a very nice local Quebec company with very beautiful natural products, I am a fan of candles and especially the lilac smell which takes me back to my childhood playing in my parents' garden, it's exactly the same smell it's incredible , thank you very much for remembering olfactory!!! and the customer service is exceptional, thank you Léa!
