The Fleury branch is one of the most moribund in this chain which has become far too expensive for what it offers. I have little hope that they will be heard, but here is some constructive criticism.
The price accuracy policy is not respected in this store. None of the employees during my visits knew her. I had to come back and speak to a manager during a subsequent visit to obtain the reimbursement to which I am entitled. It's the law.
The prices in this branch are very often inaccurate. Worse still, after receiving compensation from the manager for an inaccurate price, I came back FOUR days later and the price announced in the circular (and still in effect on the date of my second visit) had still not been changed on the product! I had to rephrase a complaint a second time, but how many loyal customers have been cheated by this store? First time, we can plead ignorance but if customers notice pricing errors, it is the chain's duty to correct them.
Another element of frustration in this store: the lack of a small basket on wheels. Too often there are only huge baskets. The small baskets are dirty, in very poor condition and/or stuck inside each other. However, small baskets are easier to maneuver, allow greater flow of traffic and make the experience more pleasant.
The three bottle machines are far too often out of service or overfilled for us to be able to speak of anything other than gross negligence in enforcing the law. They are also too often dirty and the entrance in which they are located is often bathed in a foul stench of old hops. By law, Métro must offer a bottle return service. You might as well make it pleasant because it's still a busy entrance and it doesn't give a good first impression of the store.
Finally, the queues for both the self-service checkouts and the service counter are not clearly indicated, which gives rise to clashes and shouting matches between customers and a lot of frustration.
In short, this Metro offers a horrible experience. Particularly for pedestrians as the entire experience seems to have been designed for clone motorists who take the rear entrance leading directly to the parking lot. More polluting, less aware, it may seem normal to favor these people but it is the pedestrian clientele, younger and more dynamic, that Métro must retain to ensure its long-term future which seems less and less rosy.

The worst thing about the opening and closing hours, unfortunately they don't respect them!!! Especially on Sundays, sometimes closing at 10 p.m. and sometimes closing at 9:45 p.m.!!! I'm not coming back here anymore
