The customer service is helpful, friendly, and honest, with excellent after-sales service noted. The bike shop provides punctures and tune-ups done well and quickly, and it is cheaper than some local bike shops. People benefit from one of the best guarantees possible. The store has free on-site parking and is easily accessible. Prices are somewhat expensive but there are worthwhile sales. The hours for the bike boutique may differ from the store hours, and it is advised to call for same-day appointment availability. It is a place to see what’s new in the outdoors, and customers love coming to visit. Expect to spend an hour or more to see everything.
A nice and big variety of outdoor products and equipments. Our first visit was quite appreciative. The staff was friendly but hard to come by. If they would show more availability or to go around clients more it would have been a 5 stars.
