Excellent experience at Matelas Princesse. Courteous and professional service. A lot of choices. No sales pressure. Reasonable price for the quality of the product chosen. Local, ecological manufacturing. I have no doubt that we will be happy with our mattress in the long term. I highly recommend! EDIT 1 year later: we really like our mattress! We went back to see Sandro who recommended an excellent option to add even more comfort. With Sandro it is service and after-sales service like no other, generous, honest, focused on quality. Stop looking for where to buy your next mattress, go straight there!

What a find . Six stars ****** for quality , craftsmanship , and comfort . This is a mid sized family owned business for over 35 yrs . They keep costs low due to the fact that they dont advertize on television media . Its all been word of mouth for 35 yrs . They can also custom size special orders , as was mine within 2 weeks . I picked my mattress up on an early saturday morning , having the proprietor help me load my auto . Now thats TLC till the end . Thank you team SandrO .

I contacted them inquiring about a custom baby mattress for an oval crib. From the first interaction, I was very impressed with the options, quality of materials used, customer service and cost. Owner Sandro is very well knowledged. The service he gives is impeccable . All his beds, accessories are top notch quality. Prices are unbeatable . Sandro is one of a kind good guy.. ie. If somethings needs repairing he never says no. His two guys who deliver are out of this world. What a great company. We wanted to buy from somewhere local and found Matelas Princesse with a quick google search. We visited their showroom and after trying out a few went for their least expensive Queen, which is a Bonnell coil type. It was super comfortable - a million times better than our old mattress. But after a few weeks I realized I kept waking up in the night. The problem is that my wife starts tossing and turning at around 1am and that type of spring has more motion transfer than others. So I called Matelas Princesse and spoke to Sandro who talked me through the options. They're replacing it with a pocket coil mattress and under their 100-day comfort guarantee I only have to pay the price difference. I'm confident that we have made the right choice now. Amazing and honest service. The owner is personally involved, patient in giving all details with honesty and more important keep his word on delivery. The mattress is great, firm and comfortable as wanted, the price we paid for it is much better than comparable high end mattresses, and more important they were able to custom size to suit a special bed ordered from Italy.Highly recommended

This is the place where you buy your mattress, and you sleep good for years to come, point. We have been searching for 2.5 years for ours, went to all shops in Montreal, spent a lot of money to end up with back problems. When we finally went to Matelas Princesse we had a solution to all of our problems, this is a gem of a shop.Sandro is knowledgeable, trust able, with a huge amount of experience in terms of how a mattress should be done. If you tell him what you would like, he knows exactly what is the best for you.My wife and I are very happy now, the quality of the product is absolutely excellent, we sleep longer and better and we are currently purchasing two more single mattress for the kid bedroom.
