First experience in this store and I loved the human contact!
I really didn't know anything about it, I was perfectly guided and informed. The lady was very professional, charming and smiling. She gave me lots of advice and took the time to explain things to me. Thanks again!

J’ai commandé deux grosses bouteilles de barbicide. Pendant que j’utilise l’une, la deuxième est en train de se vider lentement car il a un trou dans la bouteille. Lorsque j’envoie les vidéos et preuves de la bouteille encore scellée et presque totalement vide, ils refusent de m’en renvoyer ou de me rembourser, car le délai de 5 jours était dépassée. 45$ de guaspillé.

Last Tuesday, November 29, I discovered this store that I had never noticed before.
Unfortunately, the service was “rotten”... a saleswoman who was more than unpleasant, even aggressive...
Fortunately, these products can be found in several stores and sites.

I came yesterday, December 2, and I was advised by… I don’t know her name but this young woman has a bob in pink tones.
Well I'm not disappointed! As I told him yesterday, best experience at mat et max and I can tell you that I have had several in Montreal!

I'm giving it 2 stars because I've been in the store twice.
The first time I received a super nice welcome from a lady probably in her thirties, super nice and super smiling! She even called another store to see if they had the products I was looking for. 10/10 for his service! Sorry I didn't remember your first name :(
The second visit to the store on the other hand... It's a very old lady who works, I didn't even get a hello when entering the store. Luckily I'm a hairdresser, because she didn't help me for a single second. She was super stupid, no thank you, no good day, no goodbye, nothing at all.
But mainly, I have a professional account and she didn't apply my discount to me. I must have paid twice the price, had I known, I would have simply ordered online. I had 50% off the company.
