Really love the brand and the clothing, but unfortunately in this store found the customer service from the sales personnel quite crass and disrespectful. I mean, the least you’d expect from sales staff is politeness.

It’s unfortunate I love their clothing, but the customer service at this place is below zero stars.I found a pair of jeans and I stood there for almost 15 minutes, no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. The clerks looked at me and ignored me a few times while there was not a single customer in-store.They clearly had an attitude problem and gave a racist vibe. I dropped everything I had picked out and left. They lost out on a few thousand dollars worth of transaction. Won’t be returning.

Very poor quality clothing bought at a high price. The garment roughly discolored during the first wash at the cleaners. And what about the “I don’t care” customer service who simply concluded that it was not their responsibility without even investigating. This was the last time I purchased this brand.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have had. None of the sales advisors I met spoke to me...in the fitting rooms, a little more and the person didn't stare at me and once at the checkout, the cashier spoke to me in English when I respond to him twice in French….seriously a total lack of respect from all the employees present that day. Luckily I came looking for something ultra specific, otherwise I would have gone to buy elsewhere…

Doesn't answer the phone I've been trying to contact them for 3 days nothing at all I reserved items online it's been on hold since then while the processing time should not exceed 24 hours

Employees talking to each other neglecting customers displays are messy it is like you are in second hand clothes store not a supposedly high end store I am a customer of that shop since 2013 and never again

If could give zero stars I would.I went because I was looking for beautiful summer pieces which they had. Unfortunately none of the employees were smiling or greeting customers. Nobody propose to put my clothes in a fitting room and I wasn’t the only one from what I could see.Once in fitting room we asked me: “you want to try” again, no greetings. My boyfriend was waiting outside of the fitting rooms so I can show him pieces I was trying and he was also holding the curtains which wasn’t closing properly. Employee told him to get out 8 minutes after he was in. They were both on their cell phone.So sad, to see such beautiful high hand pieces but such an awful service. Don’t waist your time buying there. You won’t received the service you deserve for the price your paying.I’ve been coming there multiple times and each time received the same awful service.

My favorite clothing store. Been to many locations in Canada and Europe.We do call it Massimo folding-duty because every employee just folds all day. Would seem they could get lower cost folders in back room and allow store personnel to assist customers. If you go expect to find it yourself.

I bought a bunch of things, including pair of shoes. Guess what? In the box, they put 2 different sizes! It's not the end of the story! They put both on the same foot!!!Wait are we talking about Massimo Dutti?
