I bought a basket of field tomatoes (a little over 2 pounds) for which I paid $8.00, but at all other merchants, the price is $5 for this quantity, at this price, I thought the quality would be much better, unfortunately that is not the case. Shame !

This is the only place for a few years now that I get my honey. It comes in various sizes and I normally pick it up by the bucket. It is value for money. There is a variety of honey with different taste and wild flowers is my favourite. In addition to honey, they sell all kinds of squash and very competitively priced. Now my new fav is garlic from Quebec. They sell 2 for $5 and trust me, they are worth it. They are huge size and when you cut them in small pieces and fry them, they become crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. It is our new discovery. Garlic that you get from your regular super markets will never come close. This stall is located in Marche Atwater in the open section at the very end of the market.Well worth a visit. The lady is exceptionally nice!

I bought cans of syrup and 2 of the 8 exploded under pressure because the liquid had fermented. I will never buy from this producer again, I have never seen this in my life!

Who doesn't love honey? Especially honey from Quebec! This is the second time I have gone to Producteur Marois et Frères which is located at the Atwater Market. The prices are competitive and the products are very good. There are a dozen kinds of honey, we can choose all kinds of honey: wildflower clover, creamy honey, blueberry honey among many others. I LOVE honey because it is sweet and delicate. My favorite thing is the honeycombs, because it’s impressive what work the bees do. What surprised me is that honeycomb is also called “honey cake”. I also like maple syrup because it tastes so Quebec. I love maple syrup on my pancakes for breakfast. Did you know we even have powdered maple syrup? I just learned it. I'm saving this for my next visit.
