Very competent staff who listen to customers. My purchasing process was quick because Manon measured my foot, listened to my needs and came back with four pairs of shoes all in my size. I just had to choose. Elsewhere it is very long because it does not measure the foot and they are constantly going back and forth to the store for all the customers.

Good morning!
I would like to share with you my experience at Marchildon. I went this afternoon. I arrived a little (a lot) discouraged after numerous steps to try to find a solution to my problem. Osteoarthritis in the feet, hallux valgus which adds to constant pain.
It was Marie-Josée who took care of me. With great kindness, patience and generosity, she listened to me and managed to find a solution to my problem. I left with a pair of shoes adapted to the shape of my feet and I can walk comfortably again.
I am infinitely grateful to him. THANKS!
