I have been buying objects from Prunelle for two years: two Kennedy chairs, a lamp, a stool, birds and I am delighted with them. Bravo for the beauty and quality of the objects. Bravo for the service and friendliness of the staff. In summary, I give Maison Prunelle 5 stars.

Got a great coat rack from Maison Prunelle. Couldn't find it anywhere else online with reasonable shipping times. They promptly sent it to Vancouver, checked in on the shipment and offered it at a competitive price. 5 stars indeed!!

Ordered a beautiful Papa Bear chair from them to be sent out to Ontario. I was hoping that it would arrive without any issues, unfortunately it had unexpected defects (oil stains that cannot be removed, chips/discolouration on legs that were blamed on shipping). With that said, I should say that connecting with customer service was not an issue and they were prompt to try and address my issue. Lesson learned: be careful buying items on discount without seeing them first-hand.

We were looking for the best replica of the Saarinen Tulip chairs and here is where we found them! The proportions are perfect even though they are about an inch taller than the originals but what's one inch? The cushions are super comfy, firm, not flimsy as seen in some other higher priced stores. They match our Tulip table wonderfully! They had some in stock in their warehouse and assured us they would arrive at the store within a week and they did; they even assembled them for us! Sophie-Anne and Noémi were fantastic and very pleasurable to deal with. Five stars! Merci x 1000! Darrin et Pierre

Last year, our first purchase from Prunelle was an 18" George Nelson Bubble Lamp replica for our kitchen. After careful research of several customer reviews we were cautiously optimistic of their product replica quality and took a chance. After a very quick delivery we received our first Bubble Lamp and could not have been happier.Our second purchase from Prunelle was a 25" George Nelson Bubble Lamp replica for our lower level Games Room.Once again, the delivery was quick and we could not have been happier.Our third purchase from Prunelle recently was a George Nelson Eye Clock replica for our kitchen. Their customer service was excellent and we are once again very happy.We will definitely continue to be a repeat customer!

I recently purchased a couple gold Tolix stools and was very impressed with the product quality and superb customer service! The stools were carefully wrapped and looked even better in person. I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience at Maison Prunelle. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff greeted me and helped me every step of the way to find the perfect furnishings for both my outdoor and indoor space. The staff was knowledgeable, passionate, helpful, and truly just a pleasure to work with.Moving to a new space and redecorating can be so stressful, however because of Prunelle I would gladly do it again tomorrow, however because of the quality of their items I will not need to for a long, long time.If you are looking for quality goods at an amazing price, and quality customer service, this is the business for you. I will definitely be back!

What a great store! We were walking down the new pedestrian street on Mont-Royal and stumbled across this gem home furnishings store that apparently just opened this new location. We recognized the name as we have ordered our dining room table on line last year and now found some beautiful new wood and rattan chairs that coordinate perfectly with it. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our chairs were available for free pick up at the store 2-days later. Couldn't be happier!
