This comment is strictly addressed to the store manager. I have never seen a person so rude and condescending to their employee. While I was waiting on line to return, she was humiliating her employee who was doing her best to communicate with her colleague in English (her colleague only speaks English). Rather than being encouraging, she preferred to reprimand her employee for not speaking English better. Disgraceful behavior.

Nice store but poor service. The “head saleswoman” approaches customers without even greeting them, saying things like “Does the gentleman here need help? » with a rather cold and unwelcoming tone. The minimum is to say hello to the customer, as a matter of politeness. Then, the other salespeople are nice but too intrusive. They insist on helping you even when you tell them you don't need it because they want you to give their name at checkout. We feel that the help from the salespeople is forced, which makes the service unnatural.

The first time I went I loved the store, I bought a small item and returned the next day for a set of pots. The attention of the cashiers is questionable and far from being friendly. Even more the cashier who was there today in the Downtown store, Friday at 6.20 p.m, who told me that she did not have large bags to carry my item and continued with the next customer, so I was ignored. The item was so heavy, she didn't make the slightest effort to find a solution and didn't bring it close to me so I could pick it up, for which I had to figure out how to carry it on my own. I will not return or recommend the place, as there are minimal acts of courtesy that are worth more than a complete solution.

After-sales service non-existent, it is written on the receipt that the items are exchangeable but they are refused for really unacceptable arguments (invisible lint and microscopic dust on them...) even though the items have not been used and were purchased the previous week.

Deceptive delivery times. Delivery was announced between 1 and 7 days... It's been 3 weeks, I finally received my duvet but not the pillows... Customer service who must call you back and who doesn't, in short, to be avoided

I always come here as it is close to my work.however, This is the last day i will step foot in there. Cashier was unwelcoming rude and above all, RACIST. During black Friday sale, an employee was advertising 20% off everything. After purchasing, realizing the price without the rabais applied I went back and nicely asked Another employee, women end 50s. She basically told me that no discount is applicable to this product, and “ madame, things are not FREE here”. Ce n’est pas GRATUIT ici.This place has the rudest most disgusting service ever.

Horrible service. Today the store was not busy and I waited for half an hour and when they came to assist they asked someone else to help me, who was already helping someone else. When that employee finish with the other client she walked right past me and left to another section.I was looking to buy a bedroom set, but I’m sure my business will be welcomed somewhere else.

This shop used to be full with goods and nice staff but now they just want to assign their name on your bill probably for commission but little to no help.

I ordered a set online that came with a broken plate. I have emailed their customer service about 2 months ago and didn't receive a reply. I emailed them again 2 weeks ago and still no reply. Customer service is severely lacking. I do not recommend buying anything fragile from them.
