Professional efficient service. Tracy at the front desk is organized & is proactive when there are delays (as expected with medical services) The nurse, Ran, was professional & friendly. Bonus - prices are reasonable but the service is exceptional!

I think this is the best lab i’ve been to and the best experience so far. They will always squeeze you in if you dont have an appointment, no waiting time and very professional young people.
Am a nosy anxious patient when it comes to health.
I ask all kind of annoying, skeptical questions if its related to my health wither technical or methodical questions when i have doubts or curious when usually any medical professional in the public sector will be mad sadly. And yet the amazing young ladies who works there have answered my questions professionally and they’ve been very informative with a real smile on their faces.
Its not only the happy faces you see in the lab. They have hidden heros behind the scenes when once they thought my blood results little off normal (not critical) they still called and Vanessa spent all the time inquiring about my health history and explaining how and why the results were like that and what i should be doing to balance them ALL IN THE SAME DAY
Many public labs, techs and even doctors have failed to be close to relief an anxious patient the way they did with me. Thanks to all of you keep the good work

The nurse was exceptional, compassionate and patient with me as I was nervous for my appointment. The clinic was very clean, the service was efficient and fast. The price was the lowest I've been quote and got my results in less than 12 hours. I'm extremely satisfied with my experience.

I never relied on their rapid tests again.I had a positive test without the possibility of having a request from the Lilium clinic to take other tests. I had a hellish weekend, only to be retested in public 4 days later only to have a negative response to the tests.I paid $200 to have the scare of my life and finally have to ask my doctor again and go for full tests at the public hospital.

İn and out. I got an appointment 8am, 15-20 minutes later I was done. Some other lab quoted me 647 cad for tests my doctor prescribed, I only paid 219 and sent it straight to my insurance. Getting tests done here was super easy, clean and safe
