WOW Outstanding service from Cameroon. Both by phone and on site! I couldn't find a particular jersey in any Lids in Quebec but the clerk was in solution mode from the start to find it for me!Greatest service ever!!!

Payment is mandatory before the work is carried out.The work is not in accordance with the signed form, nor is it impeccable (the letters on the jerseys are of different sizes).The store made another payment error and they don't want to refund me (or find another solution).They don't respond to my emails.I don't know if it's incompetence or malice!For a brand that wants to be international, it is a complete disappointment in the work done and the after-sales service.

Fantastic experience with the staff at this location and in the nearby areas as well. I was meeting an NHL player that didn't have a jersey made of him yet since he was relatively new in the Montreal Canadiens. When I went to the location, the staff was accommodating and went above and beyond to help me make a jersey for him on a short 12hr notice. The manager (who wasn't working) came in personally to create Jersey himself and went the extra mile to travel to the Laval location ? to get some materials they didn't have in the downtown area. Needless to say that I highly recommend this location, the professionalism of the staff cannot be beaten. 10-stars

I called them to ask about a hat they may or may not have and they said they had bunch… one day later I took 2 hours out of my day to go purchase it and to my surprise there weren’t any. The frustrating thing about all of this was how rude the employees were to me on the phone when I was on the phone with them and when I visited them… it’s a shame that they would treat such a loyal lids customer this way.
