Oh my gosh. This bookstore will forever have me in a chokehold. Went with my friend twice while we were in mtl this weekend. The staff are also all so sweet and knowledgeable!! Had an amazing poetry section aswell!

If you are a literary fiction girl, this is the place to go! Though the selection isn't huge they have books from NYRB, Fitzcarraldo Editions, and Faber which can be sometimes hard to find. Not to mention the bookmarks are adorable!

Perfection!+ Helpful kind service+ coffee shop next door+ also sells a small selection of cute stickers and other book lover type things thay are good for gifts (but it isn't taking over the book shop like how indigo does now)If you're intellectual, woke, 2SLGNTQIA+ (or ally) or just want to support a independent book shop with lots of English selections, I highly recommend it!Also has a hint of a calming not invasive pleasant smell in the shop unlike the big corpret floor cleaner smell big book shops sometimes have. Seems like a low volume atmosphere, so ideal for auditory hypersensitivy individuals

Such an amazing bookstore ! Small but with a diverse collection. They have of the most beautiful covers and unique editions. They also offer a small selection of accessories such as stickers, post cards and totes. The workers are so kind and helpful ! I will undoubtedly return !!!
