I went to this store to get my jeans altered, two colours jeans, bought them online and they were too long. The tailor did an amazing job and super fast ( ready the next day) everyone that I spoke with in store was super lovely and helpful! Thank you✨?

Bummed. We go to Levi’s as they are the jean experts and leaders. Getting helped by a staff member that goes “oh I don’t wear denim so I can’t help you with fit and wear” was stunning. Wish I had gotten the help I expect from this store, and received in the past ….

The jeans are nice, but the dye comes off on shoes. Cant bring them back without tags so I was stuck with them. Even after washing 3 times my pale color shoes have blue ink stains on them after 1 day. Dissapointing.

Why have so many employees all out front talking if the customer service is not effective. I bought several pairs of jeans at this store, I asked for a refund because one of the jeans was defective, all the employees agreed to refuse it, without asking me for another solution, nothing! It's a shame because I will no longer return to this store even if I work 5 minutes away, I will have to go there where the service is smiling and efficient with very kind employees like the one in Laval, hope you will at least say it again the number of employees with the few people who come to this store...

Would give zero stars if I could. Treated me extremely rude making fun of my name with a colleague after I handed my credit card. As if I don’t speak French. Yes I have a unique name, and I am proud of it. Will contact Levi HQ and the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse, this is unacceptable.

What's the point of having so many employees at the service if it's so that they can all be at the checkout together? No welcome and I had to go see someone for assistance and just say that there were more than 8-9 employees all together. Really for the price we expect service especially with this number of employees. The workforce there is not the problem but rather their customer service.

I had an incredibly offensive experience with a sales associate at this store today. I went in, asked for my size (34), and was offered a 33, presumably because that's the biggest they carry. I knew they wouldn't fit but tried them on anyway, and when i came out saying they were too small, the sales associate asked if I had considered wearing shapewear. As if my body is the problem, and not Levi's sizing practices (only up to 34 in women's, but up to 60 in men's, even online!) But the associate's comment was completely inappropriate, offensive, and hurtful. Not to mention that when my friend went back in to complain to the shift lead on my behalf, the associate followed them around, and the shift lead was indifferent.

I am very disappointed that my friend received a horrible statement from one of your sales associates suggesting the use of shapewear after having difficulty finding their size of jeans in store. A simple redirection/suggestions of alternatives or online inventory would have been appropriate. This is unacceptable as clients come to your establishment to dress their bodies as they are, not receive unsolicited comments otherwise. Shopping is already stressful for many individuals and this experience is a perfect example of that. I hope your future employee trainings will speak to this with heightened importance. People just want to feel good about themselves.
