Avoid this company at all costs! Please read our experience below to save yourself thousands of dollars!
- $2,000 worth of gaming equipment was stolen out of our “secure” container and found in a pawn shop in Cartierville. Police report has been opened and an investigation is pending.
- Our 65” TV was completely destroyed ($2,000 to replace) and half our furniture was damaged ($4,000 to repair)
- $2,000 worth of gaming equipment and our TV were found in ANOTHER storage container that wasn’t even ours!
- Movers showed up 2 hours late on move out day, and 4 hours late on move in day. We were charged for their incompetence.
- They market themselves as a professional white glove service. They charge premium rates, hire teenagers, pay them minimum wage and structure their terms and conditions to minimize any payout for damage or lost/stolen goods.
- They underestimated the space we’d need for our 2 bed 2 bath condo. Recommended 10’ x 10’, we opted for 20’ x 10’ still wasn’t even close to enough space.
- Took 2 weeks to get them to spread out furniture into 2 containers and send pictures of our containers
- Paul the “manager” took zero responsibility and offered no compensation/apology for the disaster of an experience we had. Customer service was useless, said they would open investigation and never called me!
Complete scam of a company. Be sure to read the 1 star reviews as they’ll paint an accurate picture of what this company is all about!

The company didn't have any equipment, so everything was moved by themselves. This made them take 3x times longer so we were charged triple the trice we were quoted! Absolutely ridiculous. Paid over $1300.00 to move 1 single persons stuff from a 7 min drive apart. We even helped them move stuff because of slow they were going. Do not recommend!!! Find a moving company that actually has trolleys.

LOOK THEM UP ON REDDIT!!! The one star reviews are regularly removed, the employer doesn't pay their employees and they're prone to not showing up.
We scheduled a move for 11 am on the 20th of April 2024 and no one showed up. We called the company line and got the "all the agents were busy" automated response so all we could do was leave a message. By mid afternoon we got a call back saying there was some kind of mixup and nobody bothered to warn us.
Another move was then scheduled for the day after between 7:30-8:30 am. We showed up then but didn't get any sign of life until 9 am in the form of a phone call. It was one of the movers and he informed us that he just learned from management that he had our job scheduled for this morning and therefore had to find some workers and a truck for the job. The move only ended up actually starting around 11:30 am.
The whole operation just felt so weird and fishy. Communication processes between workers and clients or management to workers are usually fairly standard and established. How does a company with so many supposed good reviews fail at something so basic? I felt we couldn't possibly be the first ones to have issues like this as it must be systematic. That's when I searched for "Let's get moving" on REDDIT and just found horror stories after horror stories from this company. We definitely weren't the first. Yet somehow you could never tell how bad this company was just by looking at the google reviews!
For what it's worth the movers themselves were decent people. I spoke to them and they knew there was something shady with this company but they were owed a lot in wages and told to either keep working for a chance to get paid fully some day or admit that they worked for free. Today one of the workers texted me and let me know that they won't be getting any pay at all. How does something like this get to operate in Montreal without any repercussions??

The movers were amazing. Pavlo and Vasyl were amazingly careful. Our place has no lift and they managed to take everything up without any issues. 10/10 would recommend and hire again
