Great grocery store. Organic and natural focused with a variety of options from fresh produce, supplements, bulk seeds and nuts and grains, packaged groceries, frozen foods and desserts, soaps, candies and more. You could do essentially all your shopping here if you live close enough.

Small healthy grocery store. All the fruits and vegetables they offer are organic as well as some canned, packaged foods and personal care products. Most products are natural. Super affordable prices and nice employees.

8$/K flax seeds in bulk and 5.50 for a block of tofu ?! Reaaally?!!! While we can still find it for 2.99 next to your market. Same for Natura soy milk, 5.99 while metro sales it cheaper and segal even cheaper ? How can you explain your opportunist raised of price on soy beans ? Are you a aware these foods are local organic grown beans and products, that’s why it cheap quality food? And you are stealing your clients pockets, loyal clients make your local store viable for years, are getting screwed because of your greediness.

I worked at this store 32 years ago. And to my great surprise absolutely nothing has changed. Everything is still in the same place lol. I had courteous and smiling service. Very good choice of organic foods. Without necessarily being a naturopath, the staff is qualified to recommend dietary supplements. The fruits and vegetables are fresh. A beautiful ready-to-eat counter.

I was delighted to discover this store but wow as soon as I got inside the atmosphere is gloomy and I weigh my words carefully. We clearly have the impression of disturbing the employee present who barely addressed a few words to me in a cold tone. Prefer Rachelle Berry just opposite the employees are always adorable and warm and there is much more choice and especially advice.
