A precious boutique with quality, unique and very pretty clothes. I will definitely return and it will be one of my first stops when I need a tune.
Considering the price of the clothes offered and purchased, the service was a little cold, which surprised me for this type of store. All in all, nothing to stop me from going back. I still prefer that to overly insistent sales advisors who put pressure.

I love ordinary womanizers. Except that my last experience was catastrophic. The products are always magnificent but… the service… non-existent. Looking for La robe, I expected a minimum of support, help. Instead, 2 saleswomen sitting behind the cash desk whispering without any service rendered… I even had to get dressed to get a different size from the store myself while they were quiet on their chairs chatting … At tracks over $300 each, I expected at least that kind of support. I will always recommend this store because I love it deeply, my 2 Saturday pm sales assistants are going to have to take some customer service courses… it’s urgent!

I have always loved this store. I've bought several times in the past and since I don't live nearby I haven't been back for a good 4-5 years... In short, for Quebec fashion it's always fine but the atmosphere I didn't find it superb. Maybe it was I who expected better service because it has always been pleasant to buy from you but today there was not this pleasant little contact that makes you return to a place...I ammay have happened at the wrong time.
