Filled out the form several times over the past week to pick up furniture. On the phone the robot says we will have a response within 12 hours??? And no response has come yet. It makes no sense. Does this organization really exist? I doubt!!!

VERY BAD SERVICE. My mother tried to donate her furniture, which was in good enough shape. She tried contacting them many many times, by email, call, and even in person. We finally succeeded in scheduling a pick up meeting and they just never showed up. They are disrespectful and arrogant, and they don't really want your furniture... Seems more like a scam "charity organization"...

Recently, I went to the store to refurnish myself. I was well received, well supported and served by three employees who had their hearts on their sleeves. Not only did I find what I needed, but following a small difficulty with the transaction, the employees were understanding, patient and gave their time despite the closing time to accommodate me in the circumstances.
These are just words, but the gratitude I have for the three of you is worth more than these. Thank you for your time, your generosity and your understanding. All I have to do is wait for the delivery and know that I will only have good words about your services. This is now a new resource that I am adding to my tools for people who need it!

After reading the comments and my recent experience, I wonder about the current administration of this organization. About 8 years ago. I donated several pieces of furniture and the service provided was efficient and courteous.
During my last request, last week, they did not even have the courtesy to contact me to follow up on the acceptance or refusal of the offered furniture. I think that the government(s) should be informed to rectify the subsidies granted to this so-called "beneficent" organization.

I'm still angry about this two years later. Finally taking the time to complain.They pretend to be a charity but it's all for show.They brought me the wrong couch and the guys tried to get it upstairs. When I realized I'd never be able to get it out of the apartment again without taking off the doors (which they preceded to do without my permission), I told them to stop.Then I got sworn at and bullied by the two thug-delivery men, 6'5''.I go back to the shop to try and get my money back. They would settle for nothing. I got the couch I wanted but I had to pay the delivery fee of $50 twice. The owner wouldn't budge.Shop here if you want to be verbally harassed and then fleeced by wolves in sheeps' clothing! I hope this place'll shut its doors some day...

It's a shame that an organization that's supposed to come and collect furniture from their homes doesn't call people back. They say they will call everyone back within 12 hours but, yet, no news. I filled out, as they requested, a form on their site and left them a voicemail. Shame...

Tried to donate. Reached out twice since last year on Facebook, filled out the form on their website complete with pictures, and tried to call directly but nobody bothered to call me, even though it says someone will contact me within 12 hours. Since March 2022 I've been trying to donate a complete bedroom set, and it seems they can't be bothered to answer me. Find a better organization to donate to because I have my doubts about their legitimacy.
