A very pleasant experience, indeed. Both purchases I made were exceptional in that the prices, product quality, delivery times and staff performance exceeded all my expectations.In fact, the delivery of the laptops I purchased from this place have broken all records available to me and I assure you that the list is long. Furthermore, living far away in the countryside, I never thought I would receive my orders in 48 hours. Surprising, really.Even Amazon, which is a model in this regard, cannot match Electro-Shop in my experience.For all these reasons, in particular the quality and price of the products advertised, it is certain that in the future, I will consult this site for all my electronic equipment needs, before all others.

I went to the store for a specific HP laptop. I found the rare pearl. The seller gave me good advice and showed me the available and recent models. He updated everything. There was a promotion with bag and mouse and antivirus going on, but my laptop was not part of it. I was given this promotion and they added RAM as requested. In 30-45 minutes, I walked out of there with the computer I wanted, which is in great condition (no A1 imperfections) and with all the memory and hard drive I wanted. All this for a more than reasonable price ($420) I recommend that you take a look if you are looking for second hand items at all prices. There is choice, you will find what you want.

The Electro-Shop store has an impressive inventory of computers of different models and brands at competitive prices. They also have a lot of accessories in excellent condition (earphones, headsets with microphone, cables, etc.). I myself bought a Lenovo brand laptop which works wonderfully. It was turnkey: everything was installed with Windows 11 and the Office suite. Above all, I received excellent, courteous and professional service from Mr. Yvan and Mr. Guy. They are very knowledgeable and focused on excellence and customer satisfaction. I recommend them and I will not hesitate to return there for future purchases.
