The prices are incredibly expensive at his place, to avoid, a glass of tea for 10 dollars but if you go to KOHINOOR or Al khair you will find a set of 6 glasses of tea for 8 dollars and the models are much better than at his place , a teapot at 125 dollars or elsewhere at 30 or 25 dollars and the mm model mm much better, when I ask for the return the guy tells me we can't, we can only do the exchange to be ripped off in other places article!!

Absolutely amazing service. We ordered by phone to be shipped to the US and everything went very well. From choosing the items to purchase all the way to delivery updates, the service was excellent. Items were very well packed and arrived in excellent condition. The person we dealt with was extremely helpful.

I bought a prayer mat on August 2020. Before I prayed on it I washed it and it crumbled into pieces. I was Not happy about that because I traveled from Toronto. I'm trying to get a hold of them but I’m unable to. I’m actually upset because it was expensive and the fact that you can’t even run it through a washing machine is what makes me furious.

Excellent customer service!I am extremely satisfied with their service! At the beginning of December, I ordered online a tagine as a Christmas gift for my daughter. The item was shipped immediately (to Ottawa, where I live), and arrived in just a couple of days. Unfortunately, when my daughter opened the gift on Christmas, she noticed a very fine crack inside the tagine's lid... After Christmas, I contacted the store and e-mailed the details and some pictures. Mr. Khalid was very kind and prompt, and shipped to me another lid, at no additional cost. The item arrived in a few days, and this time it was perfect. I rate their customer service with 5+ stars! Thank you!
