In a world increasingly crowded out by forms of corporate streamlined "support" that are anything but, what a relief to discover the MAC Urbain. They know their business, take it seriously, and deliver it with a nice balance of friendliness and professionalism. I went to see them in a panic, with a Mac that was melting down on me in a week of tight deadlines. They had this sorted and back in action within the day. I feel like the guy who's finally found a really good car mechanic that you can trust. Merci le MAC URBAIN!

I've gone to this place with a variety of "Mac panic attacks" over the past ten years and they've always been solid:Getting an appointment the same day is no problem, they seem totally honest and willing to help, and the staff has always fixed things quick.And when it's really not worth fixing something, they'll often find you a replacement that's reliable and way cheaper than going to the dreaded Apple Store Deathstar downtown.
