Had a great experience walking in off the street today.
Was looking for a simple kitchen Bluetooth speaker with an aux cord. The salesman pointed me toward a device by Cambridge audio that came in at about 70% of my budget.
It sounds much better than the bose and jbl units they're pushing at best buy down the street. The sales person really understood my priorities and will definitely be going back next time I need real audio equipment

My wife ordered me a pair of B&W Px8s on a Friday…and arrived on a Monday in Ontario. I called the store and the person who was helping me out was super helpful and nice. Assured me that I made the right decision over the Air Pods Max and I’m sure glad I listened. Amazing customer service!!! I highly recommend!!!

The worst shopping experience here!
Ordered a pair of brand new Isoacoustics products with this dealer at Montreal AudioFest but received two used ones from open boxes, super difficult to get a replacement, and replacement is still broken box, moreover, return and refund option refused. .....

The staff is amazing, super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about audio.
I must have spent at least 2 hours chatting with the staff and they seemed so enthusiastic about talking about audio and educating their clients.
Had the opportunity to try out a fair bit of gear and make an educated purchase.

I don't post reviews often but this shop is worthy of the praise!
I was attempting to repair my DT880 Pro headset, they were very helpful in attempting a repair but after some parts I ordered were dead on arrival I decided to cut my losses.
I was going to order some new ones online when I realized I was standing in a audio shop! I'm so used to just ordering stuff online I had forgotten that customer service is not dead and that for something like purchasing headphones it is probably best suited to be done in person!
Big shout out to Jack for all of his help in trying to repair my old set and helping me pick out some new ones. They were not pushy at all in trying to make a sale and were very informative and honest about the products shown. Everyone's ears are different and we don't all hear things to same, he encouraged me to try out some products myself and decide whether I liked them or not. Reinforcing even more the idea that some products are best purchased in person so you can actually experience the product before you buy it! What I think sounds good someone else might hate and you can't tell unless you try them first.
I ended up getting a new pair of Focal Elegia which I'm very happy with. It ended up being slightly outside my initial price range but with the sale price offered I felt it was worth the bit extra. Jack showed me quite a few sets that were within the same cost range as my old DT880 Pros before going outside that range and didn't just push the most expensive thing they had on me right out of the gate.
Heck online shopping and do yourself a favour when it comes to buying certain products and take the time to go in person! You'll likely get a better deal overall and end up with a purchase that is better suited to your wants and needs.

I went to this store to find out about headphones. Being a beginner I wanted to try several models to get an idea of the type of sound that suited me best. The person who served me gave excellent advice and immediately directed me to the helmets that best suited what I liked. We talked for a good hour and I left with a great helmet at an excellent price and with lots of good advice on my future installation. I highly recommend anyone wanting honest advice to go there and try it for themselves!Thanks a lot and see you soon.
