I had read the reviews which were mostly negative. Personally, I had a very nice welcome in the store and the 2 young girls who served me were superb!! I only have good things to say. I would return guaranteed.

We bought Size M but too large
We came back to change it
At first the lady refused to reimburse us. She asked us to change it (no further details).
When we changed it, it wasn't at the same value. She forced us to buy the difference another thing (jewelry or socks...) which is not normal ???
And finally she said she wasn't supposed to accept change (as she made us happy). While there was no indication that it was a final sale. I told him how does that happen!!
It's just that they forgot to put up the signs.
I wonder which direction is it auditing?

A responsible lady does not welcome customers well and mistreats employees.
I went to the store to make purchases unfortunately the reception was -20% I saw a lady responsible or manager who treats the employees like rags unfortunately her employees can be closed work permits or have no skills to work otherwise but unfortunately I will never come back and I advise you not to go there

J’ai hésité à donner un avis. Excellent services de la part des employés mais j’étais témoin d’une injustice le 26 février qui m’a laissé bouche beé.Une femme qui semblait la gérante a commencé crier à une employée au point que cette dernière a commencé a pleurer! J’ai du quitter car j’étais incapable de supporter cette scène! En plein 2024 et avec des dames je n’aurais jamais cru vivre cella!
