I bought a Microsoft Surface 3 from them. They had a poorly maintained keyboard with it and charged me $20 extra for a cleaner keyboard. They also gave me a a cheap Chinese brand charger that has stopped working just after two days.

Gang of crossers..not honest..I bought a defective Mac mini from them.I didn't know..on rue st Laurent..they sold me the case saying that it's good..while it's not It doesn't even work well. It hasn't even been 3 months. I returned with the Mac mini, still under warranty. .the guy wants me to pay another $50 .he gave me back the Mac mini without fixing anything

My experience was OK, not great. Their laptops look like a good deal , but if you research it online, you’ll see that you’re rarely getting the absolute best deal. They post the same ad on kijiji for a certain model every day to get you into the store and then say it’s not available, then pretend they’re giving you a good deal by shaving off the price of another refurbished model by like 50$. Definetly not the worst place to get a computer though.Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and the experience, because I knew exactly what I wanted and was willing to pay 50-100$ more than somewhere a bit more sketchy like beat buy marketplace. However, they do rush you a bit into the purchase so just make sure to take your time and do performance tests on the model you’re considering buying.

I got a brand new battery for my Macbook Pro at Lap Pro. The installation was super sloppy, wires were sticking out of the laptop, screws were loose. I had to mention it to the clerk who reopened the laptop to fix the mess. The battery after a week, lost all its charge after only one hour. The price of the battery and service, cost me 175$. I suspect it was a used battery and/or not even a mac battery. I'm sooooo done with them.

J’ai appelé ET écrit avec le vendeur pour m’assurer que l’écran qu’ils montraient dans la photo était disponible. Ils te disent oui pour que tu arrive la bas et achète autre chose, une vrai anarque !!!! Je me suis déplacé 30 minutes pour en fin ne pas pouvoir acheter ce qu’ils avaient dit qu’ils avaient en stocks. Ce sont des FRAUDEURS car ils mettent des photos autres que les vrais photos!

N'achetez pas de chargeur de Mac à ce magasin. ce sont des faux et ils peuvent scraper votre ordi. toujours acheter votre chargeur neuf, directement de apple ou grande surface.,... malheureusement.
