Have you ever searched everywhere for something with no success and at the last minute duck into a store in a rainstorm and the owner says "yes, we have that here somewhere"....and two minutes later has it? Yup, this is that type of store. We will most definitely be back!

I came to buy a wok some time ago unfortunately this one very quickly had a manufacturing defect in the coating. They exchanged it for me without problem! I took the opportunity to add a lid! Thank you !

We bought a very expensive trash/recycling bin/compost container here two years ago ($250). Recently the lid broke. I went to inquire about a replacement. The owner was extremely rude. I barely asked my question before he harshly told me there are no guarantees. I told him that I am not here to inquire about the warranty, I am inquiring about replacing a part. He said this company didn't just sell lids, which I know is absolutely false because I visited their European based site. He then said we had to buy a new one, which is absurd. I will never give my business to this store again. I also requested service in French and he insisted on speaking English due to my accent. Horrible experience.
