I wish I could give them 0 star. The woman who worked there was soooooooooo rude and I don’t know her name but this is not a proper way to treat customers. I was just browsing and she was pushing me to het some help while I didn’t need that. What a rude and awful person.

i’ve been shopping at this store since i was a teen but after my last encounter i won’t be coming back. i was the only customer there and the worker wouldn’t even let me browse in peace…she was right next to me pretending to tidy up treating me as if i’m there to steal when i had just asked her about the deals. And when it came time to go to the cash register to pay, she was so rude! sighing and bothered that i was there to shop. she didn’t even bother to ask me for my information for the membership and when i gave it to her she was so annoyed, i was genuinely baffled as to WHY. she handed me my bag, no “goodbye” or anything and left looking pissed making my entire shopping experience so unpleasant for absolutely no reason…

I didn't enjoy my experience, it was uncomfortable. The person in charge of the store was rude and repeated everything I said. She absolutely wanted the last word every time even though it didn't have to be! I only came for a return and she made me feel that she didn't like it.

Just left La Senza in the Montreal Eaton Centre and it was by far the best shopping experiences of my life! The employees here are so kinda, caring and attentive. They helped me find the size and style that was right for me. Made suggestions and listened to my feedback and preferences.Thank you to Aurore and Britany for an exceptional experience and for making my day!

Such a great service! ?????As a power wheelchair user, I always appreciate the service at that store! I happened to have the same assistant the last 2 times I went and she's making me feel comfortable, is very polite, respectful, helpful (and without making my disability a "pity" case).Great knowledge of her products, perfect advices, very professional yet friendly! A big thank you for the great service and consideration!Of course, the quality of their products is well known, and it's hard to find such quality nowadays. Prices very very fair, and the sales are to the top! ????Highly recommended!

I don't normally get such terrible service at the other locations, but the girls there were absolutely unbothered. I was the only client in the store and all 3 of them were continuously talking to each other. I needed help but every time i went to ask a question, they seemed annoyed and didn't offer much help.
