La Boutique Les Petits Frères is a charity thrift store supporting a beautiful cause to help the elderly. It is described as the best thrift store in Montreal, with a great selection and amazing, very fair prices that are cheaper than other major thrift chains. The store is fairly well stocked with lots of selection, including a good stop for kids toys and clothes, a fair selection of winter apparel, and an excellent selection of cheap French books and specialty items. The organization of items can take some getting used to, but sections are separated, with clothes in one area and jewelry and antiques in another. The workers are mostly very nice, kind, upbeat, and lovely, contributing to a very lovely thrift shop experience. All profits support the charitable organization.

15 stars to the lovely lady who helped me even after they had just closed for their xmas party because I was just passing through the city and desperately needed a cover sheet for my doggy. This kind of kindness is what makes me happy.

A nice charity thrift store with lots of selection for books and specialty items. It has an excellent selection if you’re hoping to find cheap French books. Very similar to Value Village options but a smaller local organization to support.
