I go there for large pants and shirts for men. They have size up to 44 or even 46 (US sizes) so I’m sure to find my happiness here. A large choice of brands, clothes, shoes and more

I received terrible service from Amanda and Isra.
-Isra refused to make an exchange by falsely claiming the shirt was worn.
-She also said the tags were missing even though I gave them to her along with the receipt.
- When I asked to speak to the manager she brought her colleague Amanda who mocked me by pretending to dial the manager's phone .
-They then both laughed in my face.
So if you want to avoid disrespect and your time wasted, avoid THIS store.

I had a lovely shopping experience in this store (salesperson on the floor was very kind and helpful) until I went to pay for my items. A person by the name of Zineb was @ the cash. Zineb was extremely rude, disrespectful and incompetent. Everything you DO NOT WANT in an employee!!

I requested a refund for safety shoes and the staff were rude and did not accept or offer solutions. The worst service in the world, I will never return to L'Équipeur.

After-sales service NULL NULL the staff is not professional nor responsible nor welcoming, a very bad choice (especially anything called “Youceuf”) and the girl at the counter does more than him, it's shameful for a brand known as the team!

Went to request a change for a parka as it had a minor defect. Even thou the same model was not available there, the manager helped me to find another store where I could find the same model. Great customer service.

I bought two pairs of jeans from their website. Two packages were “delivered” at the exact same time, but nothing arrived at my door.1st purchase from them and really hard to get through customer service. In addition, reading reviews after my purchase and it seems I am not the only one that this has happen to. Will not use again unless this is resolved.
