10 years, 10 YEARS that my partner and I have been with Koodo. We are asking for the first time to take advantage of an offer, an offer they offer to their new customers. Well, they REFUSE. I can't believe it.
We ordered our package from Fizz.
@Koodo, do you know that retaining a customer costs 4x less than gaining a new one? Obviously not. You just lost 2. Poor strategy.

Very poor customer serviceI was lied to about the quality of a phone and its camera and when I wanted to exchange it they lied to me by telling me that the 14 days had passed when it had only been 12 days and when I went back to Informed them I was told "surely we gave you the wrong information, you need to speak to customer service" while being unpleasant.
