Richard Petit's vision on the about us page on the website is what you will get when you visit the store. The folks here believe in and execute the mission statement to the T.I was in touch with Karim to demo a few B&O products. We set a time, and Karim spent nearly two hours answering my questions. I played all the music I wanted to on all the products I needed to demo.Everyone here is very passionate about what they do.I drove from Ottawa just for a demo and ended up buying something I would have bought six months later only cause Karim worked out a fabulous deal and offered multiple options to pick up what I wanted.I am coming back for upgrades in the future.Karim, you are the best!

I have nothing but good things to say about the Kébecson company and its staff. I bought the Beosound Balance from Bang & Olufsen. We were warmly welcomed by Karim, a professional, sincere and very friendly seller. He took his time showing us around and listening to the Bang & Olufsen listening room products. Wow.. it's really worth the detour :) We didn't feel any pressure either (unlike their competitor who told us that B&O didn't sound that good and that....well I'm not going any further). Kébecson is one of only two official Bang & Olufsen stores (Vancouver and Montreal) and it is a REAL Hi-end sound store. The store is beautiful, it smells clean, we are welcomed with a smile, a bottle of water upon departure, and another thank you and a smile upon leaving!! A satisfied customer. THANKS :)

I have done business with Julien twice this year. Each time he made relevant suggestions and provided very good service. There is no pressure and allows time to think and fully listen to the different devices.I was hesitating between three speakers whose price difference was quite considerable. He never biased his comments to direct me towards the most expensive solution.He wants to ensure that the customer chooses well and does not regret his choice.
