One of the worst customer services I have seen in a store... after putting aside a really popular item, they call me 5 days after the release to tell me that they don't have any for it. me, without doing anything or offering compensation. I am not able to buy my item anywhere else except from a buyer who has resold it at a high price. Not strong!!

I think I’ve experienced one of the worst customer service ever. The two young gentlemen at the counter did never welcome, nor once I came at the counter to buy 3 items AND they did not even say a word the whole transaction.Just to be clear they were talking to each other the whole time before I go to the counter.
