I haven't actually nought anything there yet because it's out of my current budget, BUT these shoes and accessories are so cool! it will definitely be worth the splurge for me one day! plus, the employees there are super sweet and nice. a must visit for sure if you are in the area.

What a surprise to walk along the street on vacation and peek a window and say gee those look like Fluvogs… wait a minute, IT IS FLUVOG!
Marnie was awesome. We chatted about our favourites and how much we love cool style.
“You have to be a person who loves art to enjoy working here and I love my job♥️”.
It showed for sure. My husband and I selected a matching set of shoes and well he had to get an extra pair too as Marnie said this is a great way for men to show style !
We were going to Bota Bota so Marnie offered to hold our purchase and pick up after the spa. So very thoughtful! Customer service at its finest. Highly recommend Marnie as an excellent ambassador for the brand and this beautiful store.

I ordered a pair of boots online, but had an issue with sizing. Correcting this has been one of the best customer service experiences in my entire life. I was able to reach out to the store in Gastown, where my online order had shipped from who promptly ordered a replacement from the Ottawa store that would then ship to this store in Montreal. I was even allowed to return the incorrect pair to my local store here in Montreal rather than shipping them back to Gastown. Besides an awesome storefront and good vibes, the staff were professional, friendly, and just fun to be around. Shoutouts to the entire Fluevog team (there were lots of names to remember, but I believe Heidi in the Old Port and Tracy in Gastown were the ones who handled my case), you've made yourselves a new fan :)

I have been a customer for 20 years and have always received very good service on Saint-Denis Street and in New York. On the other hand, I had the worst experience with the telephone service at Fluevog Vieux-Montréal. Inform, do research; it was too much to ask of him. Know that this clerk should learn not to use informal terms with people you don't know. Rude, poorly educated and condescending.

Love. Love. Love. I discovered Fluevog 13 years ago in San Francisco. On my recent trip to Montreal, the Fluevog store was my only ‘must do’ and it did not disappoint. Anthony was my assistant at the store and he was incredible. He brought me every shoe I asked for and made suggestions tailored to me. He was patient and friendly. Very knowledgeable about the shoes. Icing on the cake was meeting and chatting with John Fluevog himself and his wife, Ruth. They were awesome. So proud and happy to be a part of this Fluevog community.

I splurged and got a pair of unique platform Mary Janes for myself, and a beautiful pair of Chelseas with a blue base for men. Brought back the men's shoes to exchange for size and my hubby ended up buying two more pairs of shoes! These are pieces of art and we are so happy with the comfort. Michelle and Marnie provided unbelievable customer service! Thank you for the recommendations and bringing up the one-off sale items!
