I unfortunately went to have my car repaired and they tore all the wires from my amp and what's more, they left them like that without telling me as if nothing had happened. go somewhere else....
he tells me that I have a completely burnt candle and that it would be better to change all 4 of them.... I tell him to change only the burnt one and give it to me later.... almost 180 $ to change 4 candles ? I looked on Amazon and their candles cost $40 for a pack of 4

They are thieves, they charge you just to talk to you! They are not professionals, it is unfortunate how there are people who take advantage of the needs of other people! Everything they tell you, turn it off and they don't even take the time to listen to you

Terrible service! I strongly advise you not to take your vehicle to this garage! They don't know what they're doing. I had a problem with my fuel pump and the problem is still not resolved after having my vehicle towed a second time to the garage for the same problem! There, my vehicle broke down again and I had to have it towed a third time, but this time, to a competent mechanic! Avoid problems and go to your trusted mechanic!

After years of going to this garage, I realized that I was paying way too much for my repairs and that they were changing my oil way too regularly (every 6,000km instead of every 10,000km with the synthetic oil). Too bad because they have courteous service. But they inflate the prices too much...

i was referred to this place by mh garantie nationale. Servicd was okay. But i got charged 400 $ to replacd bearings on mh front wheels. Elsewhere they would havd charged half.

Anti-rust done in fall 2022 in cabochon and half job. Stains on the bottom of my door, I asked for it to be cleaned. Not done in my engine, nor the suitcase, nor the door seals. Then my serpentine belt seems to scream when starting when it's cold. I'm going back to see them in **! to tell them that my belt must be loose, that his guy must have leaked oil on it. He tightens my belt then the problem stops. Suggested to change my air filters even though I've had them for 6 more months. Scammer and cabochon job

I called to ask just to put break fluid I can’t stay and wait. Everyone was out to lunch and he was saying if you need fluid it might be a leak no really that is why was just to add and then I would make an appointment but he just lost me as a client. I would have done it myself.

Be careful, you are just a Number among others, the notion of customers is not part of the store's trend.
Let me explain, I changed my winter tires in this Workshop, it was done very, very quickly to the point that there was grease inside the car, more than that, the hubcaps were badly placed and damaged, I consider myself lucky because it was just for a tire change, I would never set foot in this Workshop again.

This garage is a real scam. The customer service is totally lousy. No interpersonal skills towards customers. In addition, a glaring lack of transparency in terms of fees. It borders on illegality. Finally, exorbitant prices... I strongly advise against certain places.
