I bought my wedding rings from LSM 45 years ago, and I remain loyal to them.
My LSM jewelry store is now in Laval, attentive staff. I went to Anjou because I had to have my bracelet engraved for a new allergy. I arrived without an appointment, the bracelet was engraved immediately with the same quality of staff as in Laval.

I can’t say enough good things about LSM. I had an issue with a ring I received from my 90 year old mother as a gift. Upon contacting the company by email on a Saturday I received a reply the same day. Come to find out later to my surprise that the President of the company is whom had replied to me. This is a multi million dollar company and when you hear back from the President herself, this says it all for what they stand for, ie. they value your business and their reputation. My concerns were promptly resolved and I can only say that I will highly recommend LSM Jewelry any chance I get. Thank you so much for looking after my concerns.
