Christine from the seafood section is the best!! She provides incredible customer service. Recently helped me out with some steaks I had to buy which isn’t even her department, but there was no one in the meat section since it was later at night. It was the best service I’ve ever had in a grocery store.

Sparkling clean store. Huge selection of products. Deli attendant not in a good mood and not on good terms with her customers. Damage..
This day 09/14, around 2:55 p.m., same problem at the delicatessen. I was served by a really rude attendant. It was me who said 'Hello' then it was me who said 'Thank you'!! in certain ethnic groups, serving a customer and satisfying them is synonymous with 'servitude'. We must explain to these individuals that in Quebec it is different: We welcome a customer, to make him a loyal customer and we thank him since what he pays pays part of their salaries. The problem is recurring in the same department. I hope someone in charge will take the time to read me. (Supporting invoices). THANKS.

New owners moving stuff around - not once but constantly. So distracting today I left forgetting part of my list because I couldn’t find Nutella. And what store runs out of Maple Syrup?! SMH.
I’ve shopped three times a week for 20 plus years, raised my family on your food. It’s groceries, I need it to be an automatic experience - no thoughts - just go, buy and return home. 500 plus dollars of mine a week you won’t be seeing.
I’ll go to Laval instead.

I would like to congratulate Ms. Christine for the exceptional service received from her when purchasing Frandon brand salmon skewers!!!!
She agreed to make a special order for this product which was delisted in the grocery stores I frequent.
She is also very kind and welcoming.
I highly recommend this very clean, tidy and spacious IGA. You can easily find everything you need to prepare a good meal in the evening.

Courteous and polite employees.
On the other hand, I don't like the change of places of all the items...we were used to it before...we have to go around in circles to find it. In the end, when I can't find something, I go out and order amz (sauce, spices)!

Horrible store, horrible manager , had such a horrible experience there which I will never ever go back because of it I was wearing backpack and some how They thought I stole something and they check on me at the door. This is disrespectful to the customer. So my advice is don't go there if you are carrying a backpack .

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the IGA store. During my last visit, I had a very unpleasant interaction with a supervisor named Jean Jack. I had a message to convey to a worker and Jean Jack called me an idiot for no good reason. I felt harassed and deeply uncomfortable. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a member of staff who is supposed to help and supervise customers. I sincerely hope that steps are taken to prevent this from happening in the future. This is a good store but poor superior!
